SATURDAY 17 MAY
We showcase the very best of St Ives with a unique collaboration between top local chefs from Porthminster Café, The Fish Shed, Porthmeor Café, St Ives Cookery School, and Ardor. Expect an evening of creativity, passion, and exceptional flavours.

Small Plates
Join us for our own festival of flavours where we’ll be serving a selection of small plates. Expect a mix of much-loved Porthminster classics alongside dishes that showcase the finest Cornish produce at its seasonal best. Champagne Bar on the Balcony
No St Ives Food Festival is complete without a glass of something special, and this year, our Champagne Bar is set to be more spectacular than ever. Alongside our Veuve Clicquot & Oyster Bar on the beach, you will also be invited to take a seat on our balcony and sip on Ruinart and Dom Pérignon as you enjoy views of the festival and the sparkling sea beyond.
~our champagne bar will operate solely on a walk-in basis.
Chris ‘Chops’ Taylor | BBQ takeover
Be sure to save room for a visit to our outdoor bar & kitchen, where the legendary Chris ‘Chops’ Taylor will be firing up our outdoor barbecue, serving a mouthwatering menu of grilled delights along with his wild sourdough nettle flatbreads (and often quite a show) right by the sea. As if that’s not a treat enough, we’ll be pouring from a bottle of Whispering Angel so large, it comes with its own wheelbarrow, courtesy of Château d’Esclans!
